1. Processing Time

All orders are processed for shipment within 3–5 business days after payment has been confirmed.

  • Processing takes place Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • During peak periods delays may occur; updates will be sent via email.
  • Orders placed outside normal working hours will be handled on the next business day.

2. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

  • Domestic Delivery (when applicable): 5–7 business days.
  • International Shipping: 14–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.

Please allow for delays due to customs, weather, or courier services. You can track your shipment for live updates.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, parcel weight, and selected shipping method.

  • Some orders may qualify for free shipping.
  • Express shipping options may be available at an additional cost.
  • Shipping rates are non-refundable once the parcel has been dispatched.

4. Order Tracking

Once your package has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can monitor its progress anytime on our Track Your Order page.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Fees

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees incurred that are not included in your payment to AromaCore.

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees must be covered by the customer.
  • Shipments refused due to unpaid fees may be refunded minus shipping charges.
  • AromaCore is not accountable for any customs processing delays or costs.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

While AromaCore cannot assume responsibility once your parcel is in transit, we will assist and guide you through any courier-related issues.

  • If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the item, please check with neighbors or local post office.
  • You may need to submit a claim to the courier for lost or stolen items.
  • Keep all packaging and contents intact if you receive damaged goods and notify us immediately.

7. Address Accuracy

Accurate shipping information is essential. AromaCore is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • Contact us promptly if your address needs updating before shipment.
  • Once your package is in transit it cannot be rerouted or updated.

8. Returned Shipments

If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery, refusal, or incorrect address, the following applies:

  • Reshipment: We will resend your order after payment of additional shipping costs.
  • Refund: We issue a refund less the original shipping cost.
